Remove support of Amazon Dynamo DB #423

Unfortunately usage of https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/dynamodb-local/release Maven repository became problematic because of following reasons:

Amazon blocks users from Russia.
Roscomnadzor periodically blocks Amazon's resources by widely diaps.

It makes builds problematic.
