OImageUtility

Written in Python 2.7.13, tested under (Windows 7 32-bit, Windows 10 64-bit).

For how to set-up the environment, please read the comments in OImageUtil.py.

Please find the binary for installing tesseract under folder 'binary'

A small image processing class to

1. Do OCR on image
2. Compute the difference of two images and
3. Overlay one image on another to help human feel their difference.

Together with the unittest for this module, and the resources used for unit test.
