It would be nice if you could specify your own encoding function as an argument - I like CJSON as well, but you can't use it in all environment (pure Lua, for example).

Closes bungle#3, keeps default behaviour intact.

This allows this prettify library to be used with a pure-Lua JSON encoder, for example.
