Feature Description

Incredibly long trait name for what used to be "Device Subtype Manager" until I figured out that subtype didn't actually mean anything.

This will most likely look IDeviceSubtypeManager in C#, just scanning functions mostly.

Using a patched rumble, get events and characteristic writing working
enough to write commands to a Lovense vibrator.

Probably accidental copypasta, but means that currently, StopDeviceCmd
can't be sent by a client.
