First release.
You may get a dialog saying the program can't be opened because it was created by an unidentified developer. To work around this:
- In Finder, go to where the Caesar3Unpacker.app is located
- Right-click on it and choose "open"
- You will be presented with similar-looking dialog, but this time there will be second button allowing you to run the application
Or: you can prevent this from happening by running the command: xattr -d com.apple.quarantine ~/Downloads/Caesar3Unpacker*.dmg before mounting the image (or xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Caesar3Unpacker.app (or wherever you installed it) after installing).
