Ubuntu and Debian Seedbox Installation

Download and run setup (if logged in directly as root, do not need to use sudo)

• if frontend doesnt full respond after reboot check "rtorrent" status running via cron | ps ax
• check rtorrent config matching /home/seedboxuser/.rtorrent.rc -> /root/.rtorrent.rc
