Update api docs and screenshots for v3.5.0

This updates the api docs as well as screenshots that were changed because of db migration (mutation order was altered)

Some questions:

• not sure exactly data access tokens api change is part of v3.5.0
• not sure why genome nexus docs are updated, but looks innocuous

• Oncoprint failing tests seems to work fine when following steps of cluster and removing heatmaps by hand here:

• The screenshot tests look like they are still waiting for data to load, could be potential performance issue, but previous run worked fine
• the localdb screenshot test is signature data related. Seems like some usual tooltip not showing up issue, but unrelated i believe
