Fixes that need to be solved:

  • data_protein_quantification.txt and data_protein_quantification_Zscores.txt: replace the headers to Composite.Element.REF instead of Hugo_Symbol.
  • data_protein_quantification.txt and data_protein_quantification_Zscores.txt: fill the empty fields.

Validation looks good now, and the study also loads correctly. Therefore, I'm going to close this issue. Thanks @zheins !

* Add DFS_MONTHS attribute for CPTAC

* Use fallback values for DFS_MONTHS when there is no tumor recurrence

* Fix OS_MONTHS value for patients that are alive
