I believe we want all the officer positions to expire at the same time (Oct. 30)

@DeanJC I think you're pointing out that for newly chartered Working Groups, the existing Bylaws say their terms expire November 30, and you think it would be better to make that October 30 to better align with existing elections?

I was trying to make the minimum number of changes possible to allow for re-election. There are a couple of other errors I spotted that I think are best addressed in another ballot to avoid slowing down this one. I could add the date change to that list.

#28 is the issue I've known about for a while. If we're fixing other errors in the Bylaws, we should fix that one too.
