StatsDPerfMon is a simple service that periodically polls a list of performance counters and sends the results to StatsD so they can be viewed in Graphite.
StatsDPerfMon is available as a nuget package and an example host built using TopShelf can be found in the repo under StatsDPerfMon.ExampleHost.
