Removed kodi1's Meteoalarm custom component.

Removed kodi1's Meteoalarm custom component and any references to it (automation, lovelace, etc.)

Why?
Because, meteoalarm.eu moved to meteoalarm.org and changed the API too. The component is no longer usable.

N.B. Don't forget to delete the component also from hacs.
