This looks like the last issue for the Cupcake milestone. Any ETA on when the next version of Cake will ship? :) Thanks!

Next version will be released tonight regardless of this issue. :)
The purpose of having milestones is mostly to have a goal to work towards with the most prioritized issues.

I'm actually thinking about a MyGet feed for the CI builds so we can use the latest and shiniest if we want to, and let the official NuGet feed have the stable releases.

What do you think?

Regarding MyGet and NuGet, that seems like a reasonable approach to me,
especially in these early stages of development.

Actually am using MyGet for AliaSql to do exactly that :). Though my CI build is broken for whatever reason. Would love to have continuous builds.
