Triage Wiki/Documentation needs

Wiki documentation needs cleaning up and organizing. I'd be happy to contribute to this, but would like to insure that I'm doing it in a way that aligns with the project goals and needs.

These issues were discussed in the OSBridge 2014 unconference session (Notes)

• Add all instances of Calagator to wiki: "Calagator in the wild"
• Documentation was originally very good, but has not been maintained. Needs to be updated.

I've updated the wiki home page with next steps for triaging documentation, as well as added a list of the current state of each page so that people can easily choose a page to work on in one place.

Since we archived most of the existing wiki content and @shawnacscott put together an outline for documentation that we need, I'm going to call this done.
