This is a simple command-line utility written in Python to do on-the-fly MD5 verification of downloaded files. To use this utility, download the md5check.py file and run it in the command-line. Pass in 2 arguments separated by a space: (1) the name of the file you wish to verify and (2) the file's valid MD5 hash given by its vendor.
