Document Zeebe memory usage

The new section should document how zeebe memory requirements are calculated.

@christinaausley sorry if this is delayed. I started this doc extension as follow-up for a customer request, but it may need another tech review.

Unfortunately, I currently do not have the time to drive this, so the PR will be stale.

But there is no need to publish this asap or for a specific release.

@jonathanlukas can we forward-port this change to 8.3+?

This page is a little interesting as it's almost written in the Best Practice style. 🤔 Not a concern for getting this merged though.

@akeller sure we can do. I think the zeebe resource planning is best practices more or less. I wanted to quantify things a bit.

I will forward-port it to 8.4, 8.5 and latest
