Make nodes in the Bindings Graph clickable #27

Nodes in the bindings graph for DOM elements and ViewModel properties should be clickable. For example, for code like <input value:bind="name"> you should be able to inspect the element (highlighted in orange) in the Elements panel and inspect the definition for the viewmodel property (hightlighted in green) in the source panel by clicking on the appropriate nodes in the graph:
