Doing two finger scrolling quickly to the left and right in OS X results in triggering a browser back button action #2078

In most apps, when the browser back button action only gets triggered once the app's scrollbar is as far left or right as it can go. However, in Cappuccino apps, if I quickly scroll right, even if the scrollbar doesn't go as far as it can go, the browser back action can get triggered.

Unfortunately, I can't get this to show up in a video because the screen recording app introduces enough lag to where it doesn't happen. But if you run this app locally, you should be able to reproduce it:

This color has a standard 'transparency' checkerboard pattern which is especially useful for our scrolling tests where it makes scrolling easy to visualise.
