Adding support for redalert

It will look for files in:
sdmc:/switch/redalert/CD1/
sdmc:/switch/redalert/CD2/
sdmc:/switch/redalert/CD3/
sdmc:/switch/redalert/CD4/
sdmc:/switch/redalert/RADVD

For this to work the "CD" directory needs a file called "CD_LABEL" with the text of CD1, CD2, ... indicating the CD
