• Closes [Bug]: Cannot use @carbon/charts in Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) due to Lightning Web Security #1746 by preventing document['fullscreenEnabled'] check if running inside of Salesforce where the Lightning Web Security blocks use of that API.
• Bump svelte, vue, @nrwl/devkit, storybook, lerna, @types/react
