This library is now published to NPM with provenance via a GitHub workflow. The workflow is triggered when pushing a tag that starts with
vto the remote.I've revised the contributing instructions for maintainers to reflect this new practice.
It should make running
yarn releasefaster as it's no longer necessary to runyarn build:liblocally.
