<cv-select> component present funny behavior on chrome's mobile view #1075

Description

While using the device toolbar mode on Google Chrome, the cv-select component doesn't render the list upon a click.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Navigate to the cv-select storybook page
  2. Open Chrome's devtool toolbar mode
  3. Try to open the selector
  4. Close the toolbar mode
  5. Try to open the selector

Additional information

Chrome version: Version 86.0.4240.193 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10

After debugging a little more, I found out this is relevant only for the responsive mode. Check it out below:
