Ref issue: carbon-design-system/carbon-website#3537

The icon needs to be updated on the Paired With Icon link so that it doesn't go against the rule of a link.

Possible solutions:

Change the Download icon to the Arrow Icon

Add props for base icons. Ref resource IBM dot com Storybook
