This PR removes the google analytics integration from the web-extension. The stats gathered by this extension were compiled and sent off to an account that no one seems to own anymore, possibly to a personal account. No one from the Carbon teams or from IBM.com seems interested in keeping these around but neither did they want the info going to some unknown account.
