Hello,

I encounter the following when attempting to build on Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS

Collecting pip
Downloading https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/e1/63/7c0e553ae0513ebf1858f08030158ff5998324013e0ba4c2e1c00b85df79/pip-21.2.3.tar.gz (1.6MB)
Complete output from command python setup.py egg_info:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "", line 1, in
File "/tmp/pip-build-7QUOzc/pip/setup.py", line 7
def read(rel_path: str) -> str:
^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

----------------------------------------

Command "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1 in /tmp/pip-build-7QUOzc/pip/
You are using pip version 8.1.2, however version 21.2.3 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the 'pip install --upgrade pip' command.
The command '/bin/sh -c yum update -y && yum install -y gcc python-devel && yum install -y epel-release && yum install -y python-pip rpm-build && pip install --upgrade pip && pip install pyinstaller==3.5 && mkdir -p /root/build-root /root/cbc-syslog /root/rpmbuild/SOURCES' returned a non-zero code: 1
