q50 values for "How draughty is your home?"

@marianneURBED can you please check the q50 values I have put? I copied from draught proofing measures in MHEP

• Very draughty: 15 - I made this one up
• Quite draughty: 12 - DP_01: Basic Draught-proofing Measures
• Not draughty: 7.5 - DP_02: Advanced Draughtproofing measures
• Very air tight: 2.5 - DP_03: Very advanced Draughtproofing and air-tightness works.
• Don't know: 12 - like quite draughty??
