Fix unordered list marker.

How about fixing the list markers?

My preferred choice are hyphens - because:

• asterisks are already used for other functions: italics and boldface
• I am yet to see someone using +

I approve of this, lately I've been preferring - for marking list items, especially since I use GitHub at work pretty heavily and checkboxes get created with - [ ].

Care to make a pull request?

@carwin There were many points in which I and GitLab Team did not agree with, so I decided to fork: https://github.com/cirosantilli/markdown-styleguide.

I also made lots of additions, and it would have taken too much work to make a pull request for every modification I wanted to make.

If you want to merge back any of the points I changed, please copy paste at will.

If you want to merge fully, we can discuss how to go about it.
