Devo is a text editor with a simple user-interface designed for efficient and convenient programming workflow.
- Tabbed interface for editing multiple files.
- Scintilla-based editor with syntax colouring and automatic ident.
- Fast directory browser with automatic instant refresh.
- Multiple project sessions which can be quickly switched from the Project menu.
- User-defined commands which output to a terminal pane.
- Find and replace by string or regular expression
- Recursively search files for a string or regular expression.
- Unsaved editors are saved in the session.
- Automatically switches to hard tabs when editing Makefiles.
- The 'Kill' and 'Terminate' buttons in the terminal pane don't work on Windows.
- Syntax colouring is only supported for Python and C/C++ at the moment. More languages will be added in the future.
