fix: use fixed duration in survival achievement description #3803

Purpose of change

Describe the solution

use fixed day duration for description instead.

Describe alternatives you've considered

make achievement parser to take variable seasons into account, which would be highly painful.

Testing

loaded without errors.

Additional context

fixing old abandoned bugs
