Purpose of change

Replace the pavement outside the wasp-infested radio towers with concrete floor so wasp_tower and wasp_tower_1 will be consistent with their non-wasp counterparts (radio_tower and radio_tower_1)

Describe the solution

Replace the pavement t_pavement in the mapgen wasp_tower and wasp_tower_1 with concrete floor t_concrete.
Also deleted the terrain "|": "t_chainfence_v" and changed "-": "t_chainfence_h" to "-": "t_chainfence" in both mapgen.
