Seroprevalene.COVID19

This repository provides scripts to perform modeling of prevalence and seroprevalence of COVID-19 by sewershed in Louisville, Kentucky. The repository constitutes two parts; Dynamics Survival Analysis (DSA) of individual-level data and generalized linear model (GLM) fitting using SARS-CoV-2 viral RNS concentration in wastewater facilities.

The code was tested on iMac Pro(2017) running Mac OS X Big Sur (11.6.3), with processor 2.3 GHz 18-Core Xeon W under R studio version 2021.09.2, with R version 4.1.1. and rstan library version 2.21.2.
