A specification of workspace is going on here. I intend to list the features concerning tabs, views or saving/restoring workspace (people often talk of "session"). According the number of participants, this can be a large coherent development (a base for future features) or a minimal code with no possibility of extension.

Fourth beta version of the milestone 1.15 has been released. Windows XP compatibility has been fixed, again. I had to add a hard coded array for localization. I confirm that Windows XP will be dead in milestone 1.16!
