This repository contains Jupyter notebooks meant as a introduction to analysis of repeat hydrography data archived on CCHDO using Python tools.

The notebooks explore the following:

1. Explore CCHDO CTD data (Section P18), Notebook filename -- explore_cchdo.ipynb
2. Explore CCHDO Bottle data (Section P18), Notebook filename -- explore_cchdo_btl.ipynb
3. Manipulate both CTD and Bottle data (Section P18), Notebook filename -- manip_ctd_btl.ipynb
