📣 [NOTICE] This repo is being deprecated (#91)

All code has been migrated to the [MQT
Core](https://github.com/cda-tum/mqt-core) library.
Any development is expected to continue there.

The main reason for this change was the increased effort that was
necessary to maintain a hierarchy of packages.
It became quite inconvenient to not have the notion of a quantum circuit
or a dedicated parser available in the package as well as having to
duplicate concepts because of the hierarchy.
