Opening notes with org mode by default

Change this line in simplenote.el

   (defcustom simplenote-notes-mode 'text-mode

with this line:

   (defcustom simplenote-notes-mode 'org-mode

… or just do

M-x customize-option RET simplenote-notes-mode RET

and set the simplenote-notes-mode option there.
