To create a business budget, you have to be the admin of the site to access the scriptbill settings page where you can create your budget.

You must run the code after setting the defaultScriptbill object to help the function configure the credit as you desire. Note that you can't add any value to your note while creating the note, The system will automatically create a new note without a value when there is no code block to validate your transaction.
If you want to withdraw a credit from a Bond note to withdraw the interest for instance or to convert your fiat credit types to their respective currency use the function:

The value should be the amount of credit you want to withdraw. If the credit is withdrawable, the system will create a withdraw transaction in the decentralized databse system to be shared among users of the network. Anyone that has a fiat currency to deposit will find this transaction and deposit the currency into your account. You can only set this account on the note that hold this credit. The credit may not be withdrawable if the credit is protected by agreement of a sort. For instance, a Bond credit can't be withdrawn unless the bond term expires, and a normal credit can't be withdrawn if on receipt of the credit, the sender hasn't authorized the transaction.
