Version 1.0.0 of PyLakeSMB

Initial version to calculate the mass balance in the surface mixed layer considering:

• Horizontal transport.
• Flux to the atmosphere.
• Flux from/to the base of the epilimnion.
• Sediment flux.
• Bubble dissolution to the water column.

All lakes are considered to be circular shape.
