Initial version to calculate the mass balance in the surface mixed layer considering:
- Horizontal transport.
- Flux to the atmosphere.
- Flux from/to the base of the epilimnion.
- Sediment flux.
- Bubble dissolution to the water column.
All lakes are considered to be circular shape.
