This PR introduces another type of steered module to allow the description of all major... steered modules.
One single object is therefore to be modified on the introduction of new factories, instead of the usual three.
The basic building block is largely overlapping with the CTML add-on definition, with simple building/extraction methods. Along with the earlier, a new "text-based" documentation generator is introduced (aka stolen from the two previous dumping tools).
This finally allows to start working on the future Python imports procedure.
