Fixes #82

moved googletest to src/tests
added missing files
fixed several issues in test build
integration tests are disabled by default and can be enabled by using configure --with-integration-tests=yes
renamed package to dovecot-ceph-plugin

          #82 make dist(check) is not working. A lot of issues have been fixed.
