It's been two months. Turned out that this patch had very limited affect solving (or not solving) the problem I had. A lot of other efforts into rescuing my data from the cluster seemed to be not so successful, but thanks to replications, most data were saved.

Seems that this project do require more people to involve in, doesn't it?
