Updated the COMMANDS section in RADOSGW-ADMIN doc page, using the latest commands from rgw_admin.cc::usage() Signed-off-by: Jos Collin <jcollin@redhat.com> (cherry picked from commit 593f65a) Conflicts: doc/man/8/radosgw-admin.rst - kept documentation of some commmands that were not dropped in luminous - added documentation of some commands that are there, but were not documented src/rgw/rgw_admin.cc - updated list of commands to match what is in the man page

- kept documentation of some commands that were not dropped in luminous
- added documentation of some commands that are there, but were not documented
- updated list of commands to match what is in the man page
As this backport is not a clean cherry-pick (updated specifically for luminous), I request someone from the RGW Team to review this. I don't have enough bandwidth too. So requesting a review from @mattbenjamin. Thanks.
