The nfs-ganesha cluster name was recently updated in this PR[1]. Update the nfs
service id to maintain uniformity.

Reordering the config blocks fixes the rados url error and removing 'ganesha-'
prefix from rados config object fixes the config file error.

Thanks, I'll do that. It is because https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/49121 and https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/49122 both reference the same PR. I should have noticed though, sorry for the noise.
