Complie on client machine or yours. Add to outlook addins then. setup the drop location,also do that before you compile. Simple and works in userword/userland and only uses http right now.

Answer: Look for the .Net Libs/Verison in https://github.com/Cn33liz/p0wnedShell or use visual studio (MSbuild).
