… the # from URLs so that page anchors like #foo will work the way they do in non-Angular apps. The downside is that HTML5 Mode does not work in IE9 because it relies on the [History API](http://caniuse.com/#feat=history).
…ke it easier to find items. Also switched from using a list of items for questions to using headers so that we can rely on markdown automatically converting a header into an anchor like on github.
…nerated anchors for headers (even though they should!). So we add a little post-processing to the grunt task to fix the links in the TOC.
