Tracking Issue: prepare for release 2.3.0, feature status

We plan to publish release 2.3.0 in the last week of July 2022, so we need to track the features that should be included.

I am very excited about the incoming updates about new UI of Workflow. 🤩🤩🤩

After these 3 PRs merged, could we mark the new Workflow UI as stable. Or there are still several features to be done, we'd better keep it as "technical preview". What do you think about it? @g1eny0ung

@Hexilee @STRRL Refer to #3221, I haven't supported KernelChaos in the new UI yet (The other remaining support for PhysicalMachineSelector doesn't affect usage for now).

So we need at least 1 more PR to mark the new UI as stable. I will finish it at the end of June. I'll be doing more testing in the first half of July to make sure it's stable for release in v2.3.0.
