This looks amazing @manulpatel ! Thank you so much for doing this! I only have one request and that is if someone can share the chaossasia gmail password with me and I'll add it to LastPass. That way if folks need to move on, the access to this email account isn't lost.

This PR updates the information about CHAOSS ASIA chapter under the local chapters on the website.
It includes a short intro about the chapter and various ways to get involved in the community.
