Change start_date from '2015-01-01' to the date of the first commit #48

Currently, the default start date is set to: 2015-01-01. Link
Instead of using that hard coded value, we can change the start date of analysis to the date the first commit was made.

Yeah, 2015-01-01 has nothing special. We should change that. But instead of using the first commit, we need to find out the first activity in all data sources that are used in the report. Could you please explore if that would be feasible?

In addition, @acs @alpgarcia @sanacl what do you think about that?

I wasn't able to look at it this past week. But I am hoping to work on it in this coming week.

If start date is not provided then all the indices present will be
queried and the min "grimoire_creationd_date" amongst those indices
will be set as the start date for that report.
