Include metrics in activity-metrics list and link to them

We developed new metrics that are not yet included in the activity-metrics list.

1. Add new metrics to the list.
2. Link all metrics to the entry in the list.

• Diversity and Inclusion
• Growth Maturity and Decline
• Risk
• Value

Are all the information required in the list (e.g. sample visualization, known implementations)? I guess the list can be used to identify metrics that have no known implementations....

Also, how should links be included in the list. As a live link to "Activity Metric" names or in a separate column in tables?

We had experimented with different versions of the table and different columns. The two-column table with the name and description is sufficient for the list. Additional information, such as known implementations, visualizations, and live links can go on the metric detail pages that are linked to from the list. This keeps the list manageable and clean.
