git bash usage suggested, but does not work if cygwin installed #10

Help texts strongly encourages to use git bash, but that should not be used if Cygwin is installed. Using Cygwin in that situation however works fine. This should be documented.

Have added a little note in my README troubleshooting. It isn't great, but it's better than nothing. Without trying to sound lazy, if you want to write something more helpful I'm happy to accept a pull request.
