Data	MemoryBlock	The data to be compressed
CompressionLevel	Integer	Optional. The level of compression (fast=1, best=9)
DataSize	Integer	Optional. The size of the Data in bytes. Specify this parameter if Data.Size=-1

##Return value The compressed data.

##Notes Compresses the passed MemoryBlock.
